Do you gives discounts and promotios?

The promotions are given depending of the season. Further we do have corporate discounts which are only offered and valid on in store purchases.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through PayTabs, Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We do not charge any additional sales tax for local orders within the United Arab Emirates. However for foreign orders any import duty/taxes have to be incurred by the customer.

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?

Our payment provider only allows us to capture funds within seven days of you placing your order – otherwise we have to cancel your order, re-enter it and contact you for your credit card information again. We’d prefer to charge you at time of shipment, but we do so when you place your order to prevent future inconvenience.

What's the status of my order?

To check the status of an order which has already been processed, you can send us an email at info@enso-home.com or call our customer service helpline on +971 4 886 8382 and we will be more than happy to help. It will take approx. 5 days within United Arab Emirates and 15 days outside United Arab Emirates to be delivered.

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order.

If you would like to remove items from your order, contact Customer Service within 30 minutes of placing your order. Item removal is not guaranteed and can only be done during business hours SATURYDAY 10.00am to 2.00pm, SUNDAY - THURSDAY 10.00am to 5.00pm, FRIDAY Closed.

How do I cancel my order?

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free delivery for domestic orders starting from 750 AED and above all over the United Arab Emirates excluding no service areas.

For international shipping, the cost of the order will be calculated without any taxes and duties applicable in that country. Taxes and duties need to be paid as per the respective country’s law.

What if I need to change my shipping address?
